FEE POLICY:

Lakeland Soccer Club (LSC) charges fees for the full soccer year. Fees may be paid on-line via debt or credit card or may be paid by check, cash or money order. A $15 discount is available for fees PAID IN FULL for the YEAR prior to June 30th of the current year (on-line system requires payment to be made for full amount and subsequently a $15 credit will be issued if payment is made on-line with credit or debt prior to June 30th). ****see below for 1/2 year fee policy

An automatic withdrawal payment plan is available (an additional $2.00/transaction fee will be added for this option), fees will be divided into equal payments and automatically withdrawn on consecutive months this option is only available for credit and debit payments. You will be instructed on how to chose this feature during on-line registration. A similar payment plan for check or cash payments may be arranged.

FEES MUST BE KEPT CURRENT FOR A PLAYER TO BE ABLE TO COMPETE.

The fees listed below are yearly fees, no "tryout fees" will be collected. If a player tries out for a LSC Nighthawks team and is selected for that team, they will have until June 15th to commit to that team and after June 15th any refunds will be handled as outlined in the REFUND POLICY section below.

FEE SCHEDULE:

U10 Boys - $250.00 per year ($235.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U10 Girls - $250.00 per year ($235.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U11 Boys - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U11 Girls - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U12 Boys - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U12 Girls - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U13 Boys - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U13 Girls - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U14 Boys - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U14 Girls - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U15 & older Boys - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

U15 & older Girls - $275.00 per year ($260.00 if PAID IN FULL prior to June 30th)

(If your player is on a team that plays only one season due to high school soccer, fees charged are per season as follows: $137.50 per season/$15 discount if fees PAID IN FULL prior to the end of the first month directly following mid-year tryouts.)

REFUND POLICY:

If a player decides not to continue playing with LSC for any reason other than an injury, LSC does not issue refunds of fees paid. However, the fees paid will be held in trust for the player until the soccer year/season directly following and will be applied to the player's account for that concurrent year/season and the player will be able to continue to play. If the fees are not utilized in the year/season directly following the year/season in which the player discontinued play, then in that event, the fees are forfeit. Refunds for players injured during a year/season are reviewed and determined on a case by case basis.

CLUB COMMITTMENT:

In compliance with IYSA rules and with LSC policies, a player who is selected for a LSC Nighthawk team and commits to play on that team is committed for the period of ONE FULL SOCCER YEAR. The soccer year runs from August 1st through July 31st. Players committed to LSC will not be released from LSC until the end of the soccer year, which consists of BOTH the fall and spring soccer seasons.

Players and Parents committed to LSC will be required to sign a Code of Conduct for both players and parents, a Fundraising Agreement form, a Medical Release form, a Washington State Concussion Awareness form (for U11 and older teams playing in WA Dist. 6).

All NEW players to LSC will be required to provide a valid copy of the player's Birth Certificate prior to the player being able to participate in any team functions including practices and games.

All players are required to have a LSC uniform and will be responsible for purchasing the entire soccer kit. Players will not be allowed to play in games without a full uniform.

AGE GROUPS:

Players must tryout in the appropriate age groups. Permission to play up in a different age group is reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER AN INCORRECT BIRTHDATE INTO THE SYSTEM; THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR PLAYER NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE TEAM UNTIL THE SITUTATION IS CORRECTED.
